Marbled red mullet with tomatoes and preserved lemon, bulgur with shellfish flavored with fresh mint, tomato juice with farmer’s yogurt. White cuttlefish braised with a stock of gambas, ink risotto, capers and juice of cooked aioli with cucumber wasabi compote.
