Located on the top and ground floors of the hotel our function rooms benefit from natural light and panoramic view.

The 8 function rooms are flexible and can be modelled between 50m² and 180m², they accommodate from 10 to 200 guests, 250 for a cocktail party. A range of in house supportive systems (video projectors, screens, flip-charts, high speed internet…) are available.

The combination of conference and banqueting and the creativity of Vatel mean that every menu is customised to suit your precise demand.

Our chef Jean-Luc Heilmann has an expertise in catering for both formal and informal events and celebrations. He combines the flavours of the Mediterrenean and art on a plate.

Along with one of the fine dessert creations of our pastry chef Rémi Erhard and a good wine from our selection you are sure to have a memorable time.
